Calling these the “Grape” Air Jordan Spiz’ikes is a bit of a stretch for me personally, but since they do hold a few similarities to the famed Grape Jordan Vs, I’ll play along for now. The latest Jordan Brand hybrid adopts some of the Vs grape and aqua detailing, while incorporating the ever-present cement print as well as perforated leather on the upper. Read on for more.
As I mentioned before, calling these the “Grapes” isn’t quite accurate in my opinion since the original “Grape” Jordan Vs didn’t have perforated leather or cement print, which are the two characteristics that really define this shoe. Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t particularly like every shoe having a nickname nowadays. But enough of the ranting. As you can see, the upper is constructed of mostly perforated white leather, with cement print on the toe and heel areas and a combination of white, black and purple on the midsole. No details yet on the release, but we’ll make sure you’re the first to know once we find out more about this shoe.
