Today Netflix debuts its latest original series, the political drama House of Cards, starring Kevin Spacey, Robin Wright, Kate Mara, Corey Stoll, and Kristen Connolly. Set against the backdrop of the rampant greed, sex, and corruption that runs modern day D.C., the David Fincher-produced series zeros in on Francis Underwood (Spacey), a ruthless Congressman who, after being passed over for Secretary of State, concocts a plan to bring down the new president. With Fincher at the helm, a first-rate cast, and the fact that Netflix decided to roll out all 13 episodes at once, you can bet that we’ll be binge-watching this one.
